募集背景
Lead the regional engineering function of a top manufacturing company in the role of Engineering Manager. You will utilize your years of automotive experience to provide vital technical support while working with key staff members to develop new strategies and processes for the company.
仕事内容
【年収900万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Maintain business relationships with key customers in Japan
* Resolve various customer issues promptly to promote satisfaction
* Provide technical support for company technology
* Track technological advancements and competitor activities
* Develop regional strategies in coordination with top members of staff

Requirements:

* Master's degree in a technical field, additional business or finance is a plus
* 7+ years' automotive experience, 5 in steering systems
* 3 years of leadership experience
* Fluent English, Japanese and/or German a plus (interest in a 3rd language)
* Willingness to travel overseas
