募集背景
An international logistics group is recruiting for a Managing Director to oversee Japan-side operations for their company. This role will develop an expanding team in communication with overseas HQ, adopting global strategies while working with prominent Fortune 500 companies.
仕事内容
【年収2500万円～2700万円】
Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation of global best practices in local teams
* Develop team skills for Japan, reporting to the COO
* Develop the pipeline in collaboration with the sales director
* Manage reporting cycles through Tableau, salesforce.com, etc.
* Collaborate with nearby regions in joint projects and the sharing of knowledge

Requirements:

* Background in team building and management
* Familiarity with Tableau, salesforce.com, and other analytical systems
* Ability to communicate global procedures to Japanese staff
* Ability to work with and monitor Japan-side department heads
