- A renowned financial services firm is searching for an experienced applicant to join them in the role of Senior Compliance Analyst. This dynamic role is responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of regulatory compliance programs and supporting business groups and key stakeholders in ensuring understanding of key regulatory requirements.

【年収1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Execute and manage the end-to-end global financial crime compliance
* Perform reviews and investigations of sanction and PEP alerts
* Perform reviews and investigations of suspicious activities and prepare necessary reporting
* Partner with the global financial crime compliance team to execute local implementation of global compliance requirements
* Provide compliance advice to business partners in evaluation of the effectiveness of compliance programs within business groups
Requirements:
* Native level Japanese fluency (written/verbal) and excellent English communication skills (written/verbal)
* 5 years' experience with direct regulatory compliance or legal compliance in Japan
* Strong understanding of Japan regulatory requirements for retail consumer financial services or credit card business
* Strong understanding of internal controls; hands-on experience or professional certifications in internal controls
* Excellent overall communication and presentation skills
