募集背景
Join the HR team of a leading luxury goods producer as the Compensation & Benefits Manager. This position will oversee the development of payroll initiatives to satisfy and motivate staff as well as support the general HR function of the company.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～900万円】
Responsibilities:

* Design and execute C&B programs to satisfy and develop talents
* Collaborate with regional teams to plan salary and bonus incentives
* Oversee payroll and insurance processes
* Define annual budget for the department in communication with finance team
* Identify software and database needs for HR

Requirements:

* University degree
* 7 years' C&B experience (HR Generalist experience a plus)
* 3 years in management
* Fluent Japanese, business-level English (TOEIC 800)
* In-depth understanding of Japanese labor laws
