- A major luxury goods company is searching for an E-Commerce & Omni-channel Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an e-Commerce role and a strong understanding of retail sales and marketing.

【年収800万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Manage e-commerce activity and develop strategies and plans to grow the online business and achieve e-commerce sales targets in Japan
* Prepare reports on monthly sales performance and web analytics and share results with other internal departments involved in e-commerce
* Ensure the smooth operation of daily e-commerce activities from order placement to shipment
* Manage client relations and ensure excellent client service and sales input
* Develop an omni-channel strategy and offer seamless client service in retail and digital network
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an e-commerce role, preferably with a European company and/or luxury brands
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Computer proficiency, primarily with Google Analytics, SEO, and CMS; knowledge of SAP is a plus
