【年収1400万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and implement controls to ensure compliance with Japan regulatory and company requirements
* Partner with the business to resolve trade issues, incidents, and client inquiries
* Prepare and submit reports for regulatory bodies and internal management
* Handle regulatory inquiries and inspections including internal audits
* Provide compliance support in the client onboarding process including anti-money laundering checks and client classification
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Familiarity with financial markets and products preferred
* Ability to work well under pressure with limited supervision
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
