【年収700万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Form close positive relationships with internal customers to ensure the proper direction for HR development
* Oversee personnel planning, including adjustments to salary
* Lead and take ownership in HR initiatives
* Update policies and procedures to keep HR services effective
* Assist in performance reviews and team development programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, Personnel Management preferred
* Study abroad or internship experience
* 5+ years' experience in HR, especially at an international firm
* Fluent English ability
* Familiarity with SAP is a plus
