- A global asset management firm is looking for a skilled Senior Risk Manager. In this role you will oversee and coordinate all risks associated with each internal company department and the product and services offered by the company.

【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted adviser and key point of contact on risk issues and areas of uncertainty around potential risks
* Ensure the Japan office appropriately coordinates all risk related matters with local regulators
* Ensure a consistent risk management framework is implemented across Japan
* Maintain an effective system for the identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of risk management issues
* Collaborate with senior management on formulating and executing strategy and decision-making with regards to risk and risk issues for the businesses products and services
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline
* 7+ years' relevant experience, preferably with a background in consulting and/or operational risk management
* Proven management ability and leadership skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Verbal and written English proficiency
