【年収500万円~800万円】Responsibilities:
* Deliver payroll services to clients, including payroll calculation, preparing monthly reports, year-end adjustment, etc.
* Manage team performance including advisory and supervisory duties, coordinating client assignments, conducting staff objective setting exercises, etc.
* Recruit new talent
* Manage the profitability of the team, including overseeing and ensuring accuracy in monthly invoicing for clients
Requirements:
* Native level Japanese; business English (at least reading and writing)
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese payroll and relevant Japanese labor laws, including familiarity with processing and filing requirements related to income tax, health, pension, and labor insurance
* 3-5 years' experience in an international business environment
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* 5-7 years' people management experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills
