【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with agencies, external workers, HR, and line managers
* Ensure all aspects of the graduate recruitment process coordination are met in a timely and effective manner
* Track the budget for all campus recruiting and program-related activities
* Arrangement of all experienced hire interviews as required
* Track and monitor the pre-employment screening of candidates during the onboarding process
Requirements:
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in recruitment
* Strong understanding of the undergraduate recruitment landscape
* Ability to build and maintain relationships within HR and broader client base
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
