In this role, you will oversee the daily management of the Business Development team and develop strategies for driving sales growth across the business.

【年収1500万円～2000万円】Responsibilities:
* Analyse existing approaches to business development and make necessary changes
* Setting targets for new business development
* Interview and hire new members of the Business Development team
* Identify sales opportunities as a result of market changes
* Arrange meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's products and services and negotiate sales contracts
* Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials
Requirements:
* Experience in a senior business development role in a logistics or e-commerce company
* Successful history of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
* Ability to lead and motivate sales and business development teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
