- An engineering position has opened at a global electronics and industrial equipment manufacturer for an individual with great interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. As a Service Engineer, your main task will be to support customer issues, traveling on-site to perform equipment installation and maintenance. Kobe is the preferred location, but a Tokyo location is negotiable.

【年収500万円～700万円】Responsibilities:
* Impact customer satisfaction with timely and efficient technical services
* Install equipment on-site for customers
* Offer product advice and training on the phone or in person
* Perform maintenance and customer visits according to self-arranged schedule
* Support sales through software improvements and demonstrations
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* 3 years' experience in a technology company in an industrial environment
* Residence in West Japan preferred, especially Kansai
* Driver's license
