- A multinational consultancy is searching for a talented entrepreneurial thinker with bilingual communication skills in both English and Japanese. As VP, Business Development, you will develop strong relationships with a number of key individuals in the Asian region, strategizing sales and marketing activities as necessary.

【年収1200万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with company clients who are primarily lead investment professionals across Asia
* Strategize, identify and bring on new clients in Japan; plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts for agreed business aims, including sales and costs
* Develop organized marketing activities; plan and hold client optimization formal meetings and social events with prospects
* Work closely with other business development colleagues and sector-specialized research managers to deepen existing client relationships and identify new prospects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills with a clear focus on sales and business development
* Strong proficiency in English and Japanese both written and spoken
* Experience working with senior executives
