- Reporting to the Regional Technology Director, the successful applicant selected for the Technical Program Manager (Lubricants) position will provide technical support and propose products and solutions to both domestic and global Japanese customers. The ability to travel and use both English and Japanese is important to this role.

【年収800万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead technical discussions and product trials with customers in Japan and overseas (Japanese transplants) to specify company's products and secure approvals
* Demonstrate understanding customer specifications, performance requirements, and other product development criteria prior to development
* Liaise and collaborate with the R&T team in Japan as well as U.S. and Europe
* Provide technical support to customers who have operations outside of Japan
* Support the new product approval process in Japan
Requirements:
* A BA or MA in applied chemistry or its adjacent field
* Native level Japanese and business level English
* 5+ years' experience in technical service or product application in the tribology industry preferred
* 3+ years' experience in laboratory work such as lubricant analysis
* Ability to communicate effectively with R&D and plant customers
* Experience writing technical paper preferred
