- A global provider of financial services is looking to fill an HR Administration position. In this role you will ensure the payroll process operates efficiently and the HR databases and records are appropriately maintained.

【最大年収450万円】Responsibilities:
* Build credible relationships with employees, acting as the first point of contact for C&B related inquiries
* Confirm gross-to-net payroll data from payroll vendor
* Ensure monthly contributions are paid appropriately
* Process joiner's enrolment and leaver's withdrawal and prepare related documents
* Coordinate with employees and the labour office for filing
Requirements:
* 3+ years' payroll experience
* Payroll accounting experience and knowledge is a plus
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as HRIS Workday
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
