【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Ensure the Tokyo attorney recruiting program is efficient and integrated throughout to achieve successful hiring of top candidates
* Manage the attorney and summer associate recruiting processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with placement agencies, career services staff, headhunters, and peers
* Develops and manage the budget for local attorney recruitment
* Manage the orientation and integration of new attorneys
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years' experience in law firm attorney recruiting
* D. or other related degree and previous supervisory experience
* Strong team management, training, and leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
