- One of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world is searching for an experienced Legal Advisor. In this role you will provide a range of support for litigation, M&A transactions and agreements, and IT contracts.

【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local lawyers to prepare and execute litigation hold notices and support discovery
* Propose settlement strategies
* Support M&A transactions
* Draft and review M&A and IT agreements
* Draft and negotiate agreements such as non-disclosure, development, and service agreements
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as an outside counsel/in-house lawyer; attorney qualification is a plus
* Excellent internal and external communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ required, 850+ preferred)
* Advanced reading and writing and intermediate verbal Japanese proficiency
