- Communicate with global teams as the HR Manager for a global travel group. Based in Tokyo, the HR Manager will be responsible for supervising a wide variety of HR tasks, including C&B, training, conflict resolution, and management consulting.

【年収600万円～700万円】Responsibilities:
* Oversee recruitment operations to ensure quality candidate selection
* Support employees by communicating concerns to different levels of staff
* Provide advice and consulting to line managers with regards to labor issues and employee conflict
* Collaborate with overseas C&B to ensure alignment with company policies and local laws
* Plan staff training programs and monitor performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 6+ years as an HR generalist
* Native Japanese; fluent English
* HR C&B or training experience is an advantage
* Familiarity with Korean labor laws is a plus
