【年収1300万円】Responsibilities:
* Work with business clients and colleagues in the company's law department to support business opportunities
* Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of proposed business initiatives and transactions primarily focused on the transfer of intellectual property
* File and prosecute patent applications
* Manage outside counsel relationships and activities
* Provide clients with intellectual property training
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field
* 3+ years' private practice or in-house legal experience
* Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
* Verbal and written Japanese and written English proficiency
* Registration as a Japanese patent attorney is preferred but not essential
