- A global manufacturer of solar panels is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Manager. In this role you will manage the real estate for the company's investments in solar power plants in Japan and maintain working relationships will all involved parties.

【年収800万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Support, manage, and oversee the real estate portfolio for all phases of investment
* Lead all real estate transactions, filings, and permits
* Maintain portfolio's compliance with environmental regulations
* Serve as the primary contact for landowners, land aggregators, and community relations
* Assist with budgets and performance reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Engineering; Master's degree in Law or Real Estate or MBA is a plus
* Experience managing obligations and compliance relating to land agreements, land registrations, and real estate taxes
* Commercial experience with debt financing and corporate legal experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Verbal and written Japanese and English proficiency (business level or higher English)
