A global supplier of semi-conductors and other industrial technologies is searching for an individual with exemplary communication skills for a position in Yokohama. In the position of HR Representative (L&D), you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to support the learning and development needs of company employees.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Assess the needs of specific employees and the organization at large
* Introduce learning and training programs while adhering to regulations
* Review and optimize implemented programs
* Collaborate with HR to develop new plans and policies for the company
* Assist team members plan their own career paths

Requirements:

* 7+ years experience in L&D, training, or HR in general
* Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Fluent in English and Japanese
* Expertise in negotiation a plus
* Office software proficiency recommended
