- An international broadcasting organization is looking for an individual with direct compensation/benefits experience to join them as the Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will support the design, administration, implementation, and communication of market compensation and benefits programs in Japan.

【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with HR business partners and business leaders across the organization and act as an expert on compensation
* Provide support and advice on a variety of HR related issues
* Lead annual compensation process for the administration of salary increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives
* Execute fundamental salary administration and compensation programs, policies, and practices
* Assess various pay programs, structures, and practices and make appropriate recommendations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' experience with direct compensation/benefits; extensive experience with business and/or HR preferred
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
* Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Strong financial, math, and analytical skills
