A manufacturer of industrial and electronic equipment is in the market for an experienced technician to join Tokyo operations as a Regional Technical Specialist. The company is looking for an individual with strong communication skills to assist customers and partners with technical support and optimize processes.
仕事内容
【年収500万円～750万円】
Responsibilities:

* Handle the escalation and reporting process for issues
* Offer high level technical support for customers and partners
* Manage Beta placements as assigned by the RTS Manager
* Suggest areas of improvements through technical reports
* Guarantee that technical documentation adheres to local standards



Requirements:

* 5+ years in technical support and customer service
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields, or equivalent
* Advanced proficiency in office software
* Strong ability in both Japanese and English
* Willingness to travel
