- A medical equipment manufacturer is searching for an experienced FP&A professional to join them as the Senior FP&A Manager. In this position you will prepare budgets and forecasts while communicating with both local and global stakeholders.

【年収1000万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead and prepare all phases of the monthly and annual financial budgeting, periodic forecasting process and 5 year strategic plan
* Perform division specific modelling of sales, cost/expense and headcount; review presentations of financial data to corporate management
* Ensure effective communication among finance functions (US divisions, US corporate office) and amongst company functions (sales, marketing, operations, regulatory, HR)
* Routinely review work methods and implement techniques to improve productivity, costs, improve quality and maintain current practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' FP&A experience in Finance or operational control functions
* 3+ years' monthly financial book closing experience in finance or operational control functions preferred
* Management and supervisory experience
* Fluency in English
