The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, management, implementation, and control of all of the company's financial and operations-related activities.

【年収1100万円～1400万円】Responsibilities:
* Assist with the development of brand growth strategies and business plans
* Lead the planning of budgets and forecasts
* Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of expenses and assess the validity of seasonal sales targets
* Define ideal inventory levels and liaise with Retail Director to achieve the target
* Review and validate financial reporting and lead the internal and external audit process
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 7+ years' finance experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
* People management experience and strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Native level Japanese; Business level English
