- An international business services provider is searching for an experienced IT professional with storage experience to join them as a Storage Operations Specialist. In this position the successful applicant will maintain and monitor storage infrastructure.

【年収550万円～800万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide support for infrastructure services including hardware, operating systems and software platforms
* Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problem work (ITIL based)
* Support all enterprise storage technologies in the firm's global datacentres and regional data rooms
* Perform proactive maintenance and monitoring to ensure the integrity of storage infrastructure
* Work with multiple vendors to coordinate and schedule service, maintenance and regular upgrades/updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's in computer science/management or a related discipline
* 5-10 years' experience in a corporate IT environment
* 3-5 years' experience in an enterprise storage environment, managing multiple sites spread across different regions
