- A multinational medical devices company is looking for an individual with corporate finance experience for an FP&A Manager position. This role requires the use of analytics to support the development of financial plans and forecasts.

【年収800万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Assist with the definition of business KPIs
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting
* Implement financial monitoring processes
* Assist with decisions regarding investments and trade-offs
* Closely monitor revenue and business performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field of study; CPA or Nissho Boki Level 2 or above preferred
* 5+ years' experience as a corporate FP&A/finance partner
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
* Strong interpersonal skills and leadership mentality
* Experience in the medical industry is a plus
