This position requires an individual with 8-10 years' direct sales experience and proven success in large Japanese international account management. In addition to strengthening existing business, this role is responsible for managing complex sales cycles and presenting business solutions at the executive level.

【700万円~1200万円】Responsibilities:
Account Manager @ global technology company
*8-10 years' experience in direct sales of high value solutions
* Strengthen existing business by developing pipeline opportunities in line with the company's strategy; aggressively develop the business with the key focus on global automotive accounts
* Build and develop strong relationships with senior executives
* Work jointly with various teams in SE Asia and in Japan (management, marketing, professional services, customer services) to build and execute global and subsidiary strategy
* Work with solution consultants and product engineers to identify and meet customer requirements
* Manage the sales cycle of added value propositions (including professional services - training and consulting)
Requirements:
* 8-10 years' experience in direct sales of high value solutions (consultative selling business to business)
* A proven track record of sales to C-level contacts, preferably with large automotive accounts
* Strong sales and negotiation skills - an aggressive seller, conscious of targets and driven to achieve targets
* An active network in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Japanese fluency; business level English
