【年収800万円～1300万円】Responsibilities:
* Perform consolidation reporting including quarterly and annual balance sheets, flow reports, and net income trends
* Supervise and monitor the release of year-end local accounts and tax and legal statements
* Closely cooperate with the Controlling department to ensure accounting procedures and principles are correctly applied
* Propose and implement initiatives with the goal of improving productivity when providing accounting information
* Recruit, manage, and lead teams and ensure operations run smoothly and the team's level of technical ability remains high
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a finance-related management position involving people/team management
* Solid understanding of IFRS, JGAAP, and tax accounting principles
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid Word and PowerPoint skills
* Revenue and expense accounting knowledge
* Native level Japanese, High-Intermediate level English
