募集背景
A global air conditioning manufacturer is searching for an experienced financial professional for the role of Finance Engineering Controller. The successful candidate will provide the VP of Engineering with finance support in order to assist with the management of the global engineering organization.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Track global engineering spending against the budget forecast and account for any major differences
* Monitor capital expenditures, support major projects as they move through the approval process, and perform financial analysis on major investments
* Review progress on major engineering projects and track project financials against projections
* Deliver monthly reports to senior leadership regarding global spending and project progress
* Advise the VP of Engineering and provide financial analysis when needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' finance experience at a multinational company
* Computer proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent Japanese, strong written English ability (English speaking ability also preferred)
* Experience working in a factory or similar environment is a plus
