- A multinational biotechnology company is looking for an experienced recruiter for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position. In this role you will help the company grow in Japan by actively sourcing and filling open requisitions in a timely and cost effective manner.

【年収1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Identify and anticipate the hiring needs of hiring managers and develop a talent pipeline
* Help identify, evaluate, select, and manage third-party recruitment agencies
* Screen, identify, and shortlist potential candidates for various positions
* Monitor and update regular recruitment reports for the region
* Advise and educate hiring managers on recruitment process and procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years' experience recruiting at a commercial company, preferably in the biotechnology, engineering, or manufacturing industries
* Native level Japanese; advanced English proficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of labour laws and general HR policies
