* Meet financial objectives by making effective use of current and potential business opportunities
* Drive monthly targets and present the results to the Commercial Director
* Push the market by ensuring a constant stream of projects
* Analyze performance in Japan to strategize business development in Korea
* Oversee team operations to ensure the adherence to internal procedures
Requirements:
* Fluent in both Japanese and English
* 5 years of sales experience, advertising or science publishing a plus
* Proven ability in business development and sales
* High professionalism and team management skills
