Worldwide pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our company recruiting efforts. This role will oversee recruiting processes, recruiting vendor. Strong partnerships with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners will be critical to effectively manage hiring demand, recruiting processes and onboarding across the organization.
The Recruiting Manager may lead assisting staffs/administrators including RPO. This candidate will have a proven history of success as an experienced recruiter and manager. This person will continually develop our reporting metrics and educate the leadership team on the status of our recruiting projects.

《Experience》
●A minimum of 5 years experiences in recruiting
●Experienced in recruiting with multinational/grobal companies
●Experienced in administration in both English and Japanese
●Reporting and metrics experience
《Skill-set》
●Strong vendor management skills
●Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
●Balanced judgment and effective management of multiple tasks and time
●Strong written and verbal communication skills
●Ability to earn trust quickly and build strong relationships
●Knowledge of Workday
《Language》
・Native Japanese and Busibess-level English
