- A multinational technology manufacturer is looking for a Sales Engineer with experience in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in Japan's automotive industry to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.

【年収600万円～800万円】Responsibilities:
* Generate sales and new business opportunities in Japan
* Manage and provide strategic guidance to local automotive sales
* Liaise between automotive customers and the company's teams in both Japan and European headquarters
* Understand customer applications, analyze global needs, and proactively find solutions
* Ensure optimal product performance within the quality specifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
* 5+ years' experience managing a sales team for a Japanese automotive supplier
* Native level Japanese, Business level English
* Able to frequently travel both domestically and internationally to perform duties
* Knowledge of mechatronics and/or electronic sensors is a plus
