【年収700万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy
* Perform sourcing to fill current open positions and actively identify future talent needs
* Manage the entire recruitment process including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
* Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding
* Develop and execute long-term branding, marketing, and sourcing strategies to attract key talent
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a recruitment capacity; in-house recruitment experience is a major plus
* Understanding of HR systems and an interest in technology
* Excellent leadership, presentation, and people management skills
* Ability to influence business partners and key decision makers at all levels of the organization
* Genuine passion for recruiting
