治験時に用いられたBiomarkerを市販後にいかに理解してもらうかの活動ですThe Regional Biomarker Medical Leader holds primary responsibility for the development and execution of regional Oncology Medical Affairs strategies and plans for biomarker in Japan across oncology indications. The Regional Biomarker Leader works under the leadership of the Regional Oncology Medical Leader and works closely with country medical affairs colleagues in Japan to support and give direction to the country medical organizations for country medical affairs activities concerning biomarkers and diagnostics. The Regional Biomarker Medical Leader provides biomarker and companion diagnostics scientific and medical expertise to the Regional Marketing Lead of their franchise.
Primary Activities Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
Executes Medical Affairs strategy for biomarkers & companion diagnostics
Designs, updates and gives training both internally and externally, oversees pathologist training 他

◆Education Minimum Requirement
・PhD or MD,PhD with specialization in Life Sciences e.g. Pathology, Molecular Biology, Genomics or Oncology
◆Required Experience and Skills
・Minimum five years of experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or diagnostics company in the area of biomarker or diagnostic
・Minimum five years of experience working in cross functional matrix teams
・Experience and confidence in working with diverse teams and functions
・Strong ability to effectively collaborate with and influence partners within and across divisions
・Proven ability to collaborate with others and to resolve conflicts Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

◆Preferred
・Experience with Oncology Clinical Biomarker Development, Companion diagnostic development and commercialization or Anatomic and Molecular Pathology
・Seven plus years of experience working in industry
・Experience working in Japan region with proficiency in Japanese language strongly preferred
・Companion diagnostic expertise is an advantage
