【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Define learning and curriculum strategy for the business and ensure alignment with business strategy and needs
* Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key business stakeholders
* Build and deploy learning solutions to meet local needs regarding capability and leadership development
* Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of effectiveness and quality measures across all capability programs
* Develop communications strategies to build awareness of the capability initiatives and learning programs available to the organization
Requirements:
* Customer service and customer relationship management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
