【Salary Negotiable Based on Experience】Responsibilities:
* Manage or lead a team and further develop exceptional talent
* Collect, analyse and manage quantitative data and create meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions
* Perform root cause analysis and uncover core issues using data
* Recommend, develop and implement policies/programs that guide the organization to maintain and improve its competitive position and profitability
* Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business or a similar field
* 3+ years' relevant experience in positions that require analysis and financial reporting
* Excel proficiency (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
