A global leader in facility management is looking for an Assistant Facility Manager for a Tokyo location. In this position, you will be responsible for on-site productivity and staff development while being a role model of professionalism in client interactions.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Manage on-site operations, aiming for increased productivity
* Oversee the development of regional strategies
* Build a framework that promotes positive account relationships
* Monitor staffing and training while conducting regular employee performance reviews
* Ensure the proper adherence to company safety principles

Requirements:

* Deep familiarity with the facility management industry
* 5+ years in facility management, construction, or design
* Bachelor's in facility management, architecture, or engineering recommended
* Experience communicating across all levels of an organization
* Computer literacy
