募集背景
A retailer of luxury fashion goods seeks a highly seasoned individual to lead the company's finance and finance-related teams as the Finance and Accounting Head. This position will manage not just finance and accounting teams, but also guide HR, IT, and legal personnel to ensure effective cash flow and compliance in company operations.
仕事内容
【年収1000万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Head the Japan-side finance function including HR, IT, and legal
* Ensure compliance with regional and company laws and regulations
* Guarantee stability and efficiency in budgeting
* Work with accounting and compliance teams in the production of financial statements
* Oversee HR team in the preparation of monthly payroll

Requirements:

* University degree and professional qualification in accounting
* 15 years' working experience, luxury industry is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of local GAAPs and finance regulations
* Good English proficiency
* Background in leadership and management
