募集背景
Join the legal team of a technology manufacturing conglomerate in the position of Senior Corporate Paralegal. Your years of legal experience will be called upon as you maintain corporate entities and influence decisions through careful research and legal support.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～800万円】
Responsibilities:

* Produce and file corporate charters, merger documents, and other important legal documentation
* Take charge of minute books and ledgers
* Arrange documentation for transaction closing
* Assist in the management of legal intranet and web-based tools
* Conduct research and analysis and report the results

Requirements:

* 7 years' experience in a corporate law department or large law firm
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced fluency in English and Japanese
* Highly proficient in office software
* Other paralegal experience is a plus
