【年収900万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a team-wide operational strategy for compliance in Japan
* Analyze and determine best-practice decisions on compliance initiatives
* Verify merchant information and conduct due diligence reviews as part of the company's account verification policy
* Interact with customers to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and policies
* Work cross-functionally with support, risk, and other internal and external operations teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or related experience
* Native level Japanese; Fluency in English (TOEIC 900+)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in compliance or legal work in a financial institution or payment-focused company preferred
* Strong analytical mindset to drive sound business decisions
