A world leader in IT services is searching for a Senior Engineer for a Tokyo location. In this role, you will focus on improving the customer experience, drawing on your network systems and troubleshooting background to provide top-of-the-line support.
仕事内容
【年収700万円～900万円】
Responsibilities:

* Resolve or escalate hosting issues with proper reporting
* Troubleshoot and maintain systems and networks
* Update important network and policy documentation
* Analyze incident trends and reoccurring issues to drive stability
* Build client-company relationships through collaboration with accounting and sales teams



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT related field
* Native Japanese, upper business-level English
* Certification in Microsoft and Redhat
* 6+ years' experience in IT
* Familiarity with Linux/Unix, shell scripting and other languages, and network concepts
