A multinational pharmaceutical and cosmetics company is looking for an experienced scientist for the role of Hair Care Formulation Researcher. In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing new products, from the initial conception to the transfer to the pilot team at the company's overseas headquarters.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～700万円】
Responsibilities:

* Manage the development of new formulas in compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and regional regulations
* Plan and execute strategies for development of new products
* Develop manufacturing processes for new formulas
* Monitor competitor technologies and innovations
* Evaluate the interest and use of new raw materials and manage raw material stock

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or Biology
* 5+ years' experience in hair care formulation
* Experience managing formulation projects with stakeholders
* Excellent organizational skills
