An opportunity in a rapidly expanding automation services business has arisen in the role of Legal Counsel. In this position, you will be responsible for all legal matters in the Japan branch, overseeing compliance and the accuracy of various contracts and documentation while building a strong regional team.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～1000万円】
Responsibilities:

* Negotiate SaaS contracts and check for quality
* Keep various agreements and security documentation updated
* Work closely with other internal teams, especially sales, to drive optimized negotiations processes
* Confirm compliance in the technology team, adhering to local regulations
* Provide training and assistance for other members of the legal team



Requirements:

* 2+ years' legal experience, especially for an IT company
* Certification in legal matters
* Business-level English proficiency
* Experience in an international environment is a plus
