* Drive relationship management with assigned accounts (all levels and functions)
* Define assigned account targets
* Implement, control, and track assigned account plan and specific projects
* Develop new business
* Actively manage regional sales activity
Requirements:
* A BS in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, or related field
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership position or technical service role in the Japanese market
* Effective business reporting and communication skills
* Ability to handle customer management (claims, issues, specific requests, etc.)
* Experience in the thermoplastics industry preferred
