- A leading global industrial company is recruiting a Marine Lubricants Territory Manager position in Tokyo. The successful candidate selected for this role will build and develop customer relationships that ensure satisfaction of customer needs, as well as ensure that customer relationships remain secure and profitable on a long-term basis in Japan.

【年収1000万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Ensure all customer account plans are fully developed, and all designated activities are carried out in a timely manner
* Demonstrate effective utilisation of sales support systems
* Demonstrate understanding and appropriate use of all relevant marketing programs
* Effectively use resources to meet business plan objectives for sales revenue, OPEX, volume growth and credit A/R performance
* Monitor and report marine industry and competitor trends
Requirements:
* 3+ years of professional experience
* Experience from the marine industry is preferred
* Engineering or technical background is a plus
