- An international manufacturing organization is currently seeking an experienced professional with a history of success in organizational reform to join them as the L&D Coordinator of their Japanese operations. This position will see you putting your skills to use developing and delivering performance management and growth frameworks within a global organization.

【Salary Negotiable Based on Experience】Responsibilities:
* Deploy the company's training and performance management framework across the wider family of companies; deliver manager and employee training to reinforce high quality conversations which drive employee engagement
* Design, develop and deliver the onboarding process and program to support the effective integration of new employees through training and education
* Administrate and coordinate L&D activities
* Liaise with departments within the family of companies to coordinate P&D initiatives and activities including training events, resources, tools and e-learning courses
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all Japan P&D generated activities are kept; assist the P&D/L&D manager with budget generation to support the delivery of solutions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related human sciences
* 3+ years' related work experience
* Proven experience diagnosing organizational needs and designing/implementing solutions to build functional and leadership capability of the organization
* Successful experience creating and implementing performance, leadership and development activities in complex, multi-functional business environments
* Willingness to travel rarely for business as required
