- A global manufacturer is searching for an experienced professional to join them in the senior role of Country Manager. The successful applicant will join an innovative company and will drive business activity, analysing and reporting on key financial indicators and budgets while working with the UK MDs and Board to drive business strategy.

【年収1200万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Set up a subsidiary in Japan with support from UK headquarters
* Structure the organization and recruit high performing commercial & admin team
* Drive all activity to deliver on ambitious growth plans
* Leverage existing and new business opportunities to maximise revenue and profit
* Analyse and report on key financial indicators and budgets in line with business strategy and business plan
* Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
* Hire and develop high performing team members
Requirements:
* Hands-on and can-do approach
* Japanese fluency; business level English
* Experience with western and Japanese business cultures
* Experience of setting up a new legal entity in Japan; a solid track record of leading and growing successful businesses with strong sales performance
* Familiarity with B2B markets
* A BA preferred and/or MBA
* Permission to work in Japan
