This position offers you the chance to showcase your communication planning digital media expertise while providing strategic input for all plans based on client business challenges. 【600万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Manage the account media business in terms of strategic planning, consumer insight, tactical planning, and implementation of media campaigns across multiple disciplines
* Lead the strategic direction and serve as a marketing partner for clients
* Serve as a resource for supervisors, planners, and assistants
* Understand and analyse the root causes of problems and develop ways to rectify
* Guide and assist staff to arrive at potential solutions to problems and issues
* Set KPIs for campaigns based on research and syndicated data
* Lead client presentations
Requirements:
* 20+ years' experience in media or communication planning
* Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media
* Knowledge of digital media
* Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Team management experience
* An undergraduate degree in statistics preferred; master's degree a plus
* Marketing and/or advertising experience a plus, but not essential
* An interest in marketing & advertising preferred
